We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. Specifically:

Page content access: The Extension reads links from the currently active tab only when you click the extension icon. This data is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
User settings: Your configuration (such as API keys for optional AI analysis features) is stored locally in your browser using the Chrome Storage API. This data never leaves your device.

2. Permissions Explained

The Extension requests the following permissions, each for a specific purpose:

activeTab: To extract links from the page you are currently viewing when you activate the extension.
scripting: To inject the floating panel UI into the current page for displaying extracted links.
storage: To save your preferences and API configuration locally in your browser.
host_permissions (<all_urls>): To allow the extension to work on any webpage you visit.

3. Third-Party Services

The Extension offers an optional AI analysis feature. If you choose to enable it, your extracted links may be sent to the AI service provider (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, or other providers) that you configure. This is entirely optional and requires you to provide your own API key. We do not act as an intermediary and have no access to your API keys or the data sent to these services. Please review the privacy policy of the AI service provider you choose to use.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using the Chrome Storage API. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud storage. No data is synced across devices unless you enable Chrome Sync, which is managed by Google.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user information to third parties. Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share.

6. Children's Privacy

The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
